This Service Fusion review covers what the software does, what each plan costs, who it fits and where it falls short. Service Fusion is field service management software for home and commercial service businesses: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, cleaning, landscaping, roofing and more than twenty other trades. It's part of EverCommerce and based in Irving, Texas. Its headline feature is pricing: every plan includes unlimited users.

The review is based on Service Fusion's own pricing, product and help center pages as of October 22, 2026. We haven't run it in a live business, so this is an assessment of what the plans include and cost, not a hands-on test.

Service Fusion review: verdict in brief

Service Fusion makes the most sense for companies with many users: several office staff, a growing crew of technicians, or seasonal workers. Per-user pricing gets expensive there, and Service Fusion doesn't charge per user. For a solo operator or a two-person team, its $208-a-month entry price is high compared with tools priced by user.

Good fit: service companies with five or more people on the software, maintenance agreements and recurring work, and a need for QuickBooks Online or Desktop sync.

Think twice: owner-operators on a tight budget, and anyone who wants to try the software on real jobs before paying (there's no free trial, only a demo).

What Service Fusion does

  • Scheduling and dispatch. Drag-and-drop scheduling, all jobs and estimates in one view, dispatch zones and a GPS map view.
  • Estimates. Up to five options per estimate, eSign (Pro or add-on), and one-click conversion from estimate to job.
  • Invoicing and payments. Invoices generated from completed jobs, payments online or on site, card on file, job deposits and ACH. Service Fusion lists card processing from 2.90% + $0.30 per transaction.
  • Service agreements. Agreements apply member pricing to a customer until they expire, and repeating jobs can be scheduled up to a year ahead. A newer agreements module with automatic agreement invoicing was in closed beta when we checked, tied to the Pro plan or a Service Agreements add-on.
  • Inventory and purchase orders (included in Plus and Pro, an add-on on Starter), including vendors and partial receiving, synced to QuickBooks.
  • Customer portal (add-on or Pro). Customers can see job and estimate history and request jobs, but its help center says the portal doesn't support paying invoices.
  • GPS fleet tracking (add-on). Hardwired vehicle units that track trips, distance, idle time and driving behavior.
  • Mobile app with offline mode. Technicians can complete job tasks and add notes, photos and documents without a signal. Customer details, jobs and estimates are view-only offline.

Service Fusion pricing

Plan Billed monthly Billed annually Adds
Starter $245/mo $208/mo Customers, estimates and jobs, scheduling and dispatch, invoicing, payments, QuickBooks integration, reporting, text alerts
Plus $382/mo $325/mo Job photo uploads, inventory management, job costing, integrated voice and text
Pro $627/mo $533/mo Open API, custom documents, eSign, customer web portal, progress billing and recurring invoicing

All plans include unlimited users, personalized onboarding and support by email, phone or live chat. Monthly plans have no contract; annual billing saves 15% and is charged as one payment at sign-up. Service Fusion's subscription agreement renews automatically for the same term, and cancelling takes 30 days' written notice before the term ends.

Add-ons aren't priced on the website. On Starter and Plus, features like eSign, custom documents, the customer portal and recurring invoicing are add-ons. ServiceCall.ai (call tracking and VoIP) is a separate per-user, per-month subscription on every plan. GPS fleet tracking units are billed for the subscription term and aren't refunded if removed early. Ask for add-on prices in writing during the demo.

Integrations

  • Accounting: QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop (the Desktop tool runs on Windows only).
  • Partners listed on its site include Profit Rhino (flat-rate pricing), pulseM (reviews), Customer Lobby (marketing to past customers), Gusto (payroll), Nexa (answering service) and LSArespond (Google Local Services Ads leads).
  • Open API on the Pro plan only.
  • Customer financing through Acorn Finance. See our guide to contractor financing for customers.

Mobile app ratings

Service Fusion moved to a new app, "Service Fusion by EverPro." On October 22, 2026, the new app was rated 2.5 out of 5 from 24 ratings on the Apple App Store and 2.6 from 29 reviews on Google Play. The older app it replaces had 4.6 from 1,419 ratings on iOS but 2.5 from 499 reviews on Google Play. The new app's samples are small, so read recent reviews from technicians in your trade before deciding.

Support

Support is by phone, email and in-app chat or callback. Service Fusion's pages give slightly different hours: its help center says Monday to Friday, 6 AM to 6 PM Central, and its pricing page lists phone support from 8 AM Central. There's also a self-serve knowledge base.

Pros

  • Unlimited users on every plan. The cost doesn't rise as you add technicians or office staff.
  • Published prices and month-to-month plans.
  • Recurring work tools: member pricing on agreements and repeating jobs scheduled up to a year ahead.
  • QuickBooks Online and Desktop sync, including purchase orders.
  • Offline mobile app for technicians.
  • Onboarding and support included in every plan.

Cons

  • High entry price for small teams. $208 a month billed annually is more than many per-user tools cost for one or two people.
  • No free trial, only a demo.
  • Useful features are add-ons on lower plans: eSign, customer portal and recurring invoicing need Pro or an add-on, and add-on prices aren't published.
  • Low early ratings for the new mobile app.
  • Customer portal doesn't take payments, according to its help center.

Service Fusion alternatives

  • Housecall Pro starts at $59 a month billed annually for one user and has a free trial. See our Housecall Pro review.
  • Kickserv is $60 a month billed annually for five users on its Start plan.
  • Tradify charges per user, which is cheaper for one or two people.
  • GorillaDesk prices by route and suits recurring-route trades.
  • FieldPulse quotes by seat and is strong on maintenance agreements and inventory. See our FieldPulse review.
  • ServiceTitan prices per technician on request. See our ServiceTitan pricing guide.

We compare these side by side in our field service management app comparison, with trade roundups for HVAC and plumbing.

If you book a demo, count everyone who would log in (owner, office, technicians, seasonal help) and compare Service Fusion's flat price with per-user tools at that headcount. Ask which add-ons you'd need and what they cost.
