ServiceTitan pricing isn't published as a price list, which makes the platform hard to compare at a glance. This guide explains how ServiceTitan pricing is structured, what each of its three packages includes, what you should ask in the sales demo, and how to tell whether it fits your company. Everything here comes from ServiceTitan's own pricing page as of October 1, 2026. ServiceTitan says it is trusted by more than 100,000 contractors.

How ServiceTitan pricing works

ServiceTitan's pricing page says it uses per-technician pricing designed to fit businesses "at any size": the cost scales with the number of techs using the system. There are no prices on the page. Each package has a "Request Pricing" button, and the demo form asks for your industry, number of technicians, whether you have at least one full-time office employee, whether you focus on residential or commercial work, and whether you do service and replacement or construction.

In practice, you get a number only after a sales conversation, and it depends on your team size and which package and upgrades you choose.

ServiceTitan packages: what each one includes

ServiceTitan offers three packages. Its pricing page marks which features each one includes:

Feature Starter Essentials The Works
Dispatching ✓ ✓ ✓
Scheduling ✓ ✓ ✓
Call booking ✓ ✓ ✓
Invoicing ✓ ✓ ✓
Pricebook ✓ ✓ ✓
Mobile estimates ✓ ✓
Payroll management ✓ Configurable payroll
Advanced reporting ✓
Commission tracking ✓
Customizable memberships ✓

ServiceTitan describes Starter as "the must-have tools for your business", Essentials as a way to "streamline your operations", and The Works as "the full ServiceTitan suite".

The split matters. If you sell maintenance agreements, memberships are only in The Works. If your techs build estimates on their phones or tablets in the home, that starts at Essentials.

Pro upgrades and other ServiceTitan products

ServiceTitan also lists "Pro" products as upgrades on top of the core packages:

  • Marketing Pro
  • Contact Center Pro
  • Pricebook Pro
  • Fleet Pro
  • Scheduling Pro
  • Dispatch Pro
  • Field Pro (formerly Sales Pro)
  • AI Virtual Agent

It also lists payments, integrated financing and accounts payable, and the company lists other products: FieldRoutes, Aspire, Convex and Conduit.

Features ServiceTitan highlights

ServiceTitan's pricing page highlights:

  • Dispatch board with drag-and-drop tech and fleet management
  • Call recording to gauge performance and focus on customer service
  • Marketing tracking that ties marketing spend to incoming revenue
  • Automated checklists that prompt techs through each stage of a job
  • Reporting on closing rates, booked jobs and per-tech performance
  • Customer-facing features like instant estimates, service reminders and GPS tracking of techs on the way

These are the tools of a company with a dedicated office: people taking calls, someone managing the dispatch board, and managers tracking numbers by technician.

Questions to ask in the ServiceTitan demo

Because ServiceTitan pricing isn't public, go into the demo with a list:

  1. What is the price per technician for each package, and is there a minimum number of techs?
  2. Is there an onboarding or implementation fee, and what does onboarding include?
  3. What is the contract length, and what happens at renewal?
  4. Which features in my quote are in the package and which are Pro upgrades?
  5. What are the payment processing rates?
  6. How does pricing change if I add or remove technicians mid-contract?

ServiceTitan review: who it fits

This isn't a hands-on ServiceTitan review, but the package structure says a lot. ServiceTitan makes most sense for contractors who already have office staff and several technicians, and who want call tracking, marketing attribution, memberships and detailed reporting in one system. If you're an owner-operator or a small crew without a full-time office, a tool with published pricing and a free trial is usually an easier starting point.

ServiceTitan alternatives

  • Housecall Pro: published prices and a free trial (above).
  • Service Fusion: unlimited users on every plan, from $208 a month billed annually.
  • Workiz: three plans, pricing on request; its Ultimate plan includes service plans, flat-rate pricing and checklists.
  • Kickserv and GorillaDesk: lower-cost options for small teams.

We compare these in our field service management app comparison, with trade-specific roundups for HVAC and plumbing.

A practical way to decide: if you can't name who would run ServiceTitan's dispatch board and reports every day, start with a simpler platform and revisit ServiceTitan when the team grows.
